Cummins QuickServe used its filtration technology to produce 146 tonnes of filter media for mask manufacturers worldwide in 2020, enough to manufacture more than 108 million masks to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Last year, most filter media produced for masks went to people’s standard masks at work, school, stores, and other activities outside the home. However, Cummins Filtration also made holders for N95 and KN95 masks.
